Where we start
Someone may want to cook a meal, do their own laundry, manage their own money, make a friend, find a job, or simply feel calmer in a place that is new to them. Or they may just want a little less help with something they do every day.
Those goals are different for every person, and that is exactly where we begin.

We do not decide what a good life should look like for someone. We ask them what they want, then work out what support might help them get there.
If someone wants to cook, we cook in their kitchen. If they want a job, we practise the interview. If they want to use the bus, we get on the bus.
Could they do it again, somewhere else, with someone else, a month later? How much help did they need this time? That is how progress becomes something you can see.
Paying for it
Medicaid pays for this. The difficult part is usually getting Medicaid to say yes, and many families get stuck there rather than on the care itself.
So we help with that part. We work out what you may qualify for, sit down and go through the forms with you, make the calls, and tell you where things have got to. You are not handed a list and left to it.
It costs nothing, and you do not have to choose Renewed Hope to let us help.

Our funding help is free, is not legal advice, and does not commit you to using Renewed Hope HCS. Programme rules change, so we check details with you rather than assume them.
Talk to us
Tell us about the person: what matters to them, what support they have now, where you have got to with funding, and what you would like to be different.
We will tell you whether Renewed Hope looks like the right fit. If it is not, we will say so and point you somewhere better.
