Jobs and training
Work, training and learning.
For people who want it and where it is realistic, we help with getting ready for work, training and education.
Jobs and training
Adulthood should have more than one road.
When school ends, many young people with disabilities find that the plan ends with it. For some, a job or a training course can be the difference between a life and a schedule.
It is not the right goal for everybody, and we will always be honest about that. But where someone wants it and it is realistic, we work on it properly.

What a work goal actually looks like
It usually starts a long way back from a job: getting there and back on your own, managing a shift's worth of time, asking a manager a question, handling it when something changes. We work on those steps, and we tell you honestly how far along someone is.
Why we do not list jobs on this site
Because it would not be honest. Employment depends on the person, and a jobs board would set some people up to fail in public. We work case by case, with partners who assess properly and place people into roles that last.
Education counts too
A GED. A certificate from a community college. A course someone finishes because it was theirs. For some people that matters more than a wage, and it is just as much a goal.
Paying for it
Nobody pays us out of their own pocket.
Medicaid pays for this. The difficult part is usually getting Medicaid to say yes, and many families get stuck there rather than on the care itself.
So we help with that part. We work out what you may qualify for, sit down and go through the forms with you, make the calls, and tell you where things have got to. You are not handed a list and left to it.
It costs nothing, and you do not have to choose Renewed Hope to let us help.

What we take off your hands
Free, always- Working out which programme you actually qualify for.
- Filling in the forms with you, in person or on a call.
- Chasing the people who have gone quiet.
- Telling you where things have got to, without you having to ask.
- Saying so quickly when the answer is going to be no.
Our funding help is free, is not legal advice, and does not commit you to using Renewed Hope HCS. Programme rules change, so we check details with you rather than assume them.
Talk to us
The first conversation is simple.
Tell us about the person: what matters to them, what support they have now, where you have got to with funding, and what you would like to be different.
We will tell you whether Renewed Hope looks like the right fit. If it is not, we will say so and point you somewhere better.

What happens after you call
About 15 minutes- We ask about the person, not about paperwork.
- We work out together where you are with the funding.
- You get one clear next step, in writing, the same day.
- If Renewed Hope is not right, we say so on the call and tell you who might be.
No cost, no commitment. This conversation is free even if you never become a Renewed Hope family.
