When we say no. If we cannot support someone safely with the staff we have, if the fit is wrong, or if another provider is a better answer, we tell you quickly rather than leave you waiting.

For service coordinators and hospitals

Does this person fit? Do we have room? Will the support actually be delivered? Will you hear about it? Everything here is meant to answer those four questions before you have to call us.

And if you are discharging someone whose funding is not sorted, send them anyway. Working that out is something we do.
